(Reuters) – U.S. drugmakers on Friday filed a lawsuit to stop the businesses from disclosing the record worth of pharmaceuticals in direct-to-consumer tv commercials as per a newly proposed authorities regulation.
The lawsuit was collectively filed by Amgen Inc, Merck & Co Inc, Eli Lilly and Co and the Affiliation Of Nationwide Advertisers within the U.S. district courtroom in Columbia.
