(Reuters) – U.S. shares opened decrease on Tuesday, monitoring a worldwide shift out of riskier property, as traders grappled with simmering geopolitical tensions and fears of a recession as a result of a drawn-out U.S.-China commerce struggle.
The Dow Jones Industrial Common .DJI fell 8.83 factors, or 0.03%, on the open to 25,888.88. The S&P 500 .SPX opened decrease by 2.37 factors, or 0.08%, at 2,880.72. The Nasdaq Composite .IXIC dropped 8.04 factors, or 0.10%, at 7,855.37 after market open.
