NEW YORK (Reuters) – A federal appeals court docket revived a lawsuit by Spirit Airways passengers who mentioned the low-cost provider blindsided them by imposing surprising carry-on bag charges on tickets purchased by way of Cheapoair, Expedia, Priceline and Travelocity.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Courtroom of Appeals in Manhattan mentioned 22 passengers might sue for breach of contract as a result of there was no proof that Spirit promptly notified them in regards to the charges, and there have been “ambiguities” within the costs…
