NEW YORK (Reuters) – A federal appeals court docket revived a lawsuit by Spirit Airways passengers who stated the low-cost service blindsided them by imposing surprising carry-on bag charges on tickets purchased by means of Cheapoair, Expedia, Priceline and Travelocity.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court docket of Appeals in Manhattan stated 22 passengers might sue for breach of contract as a result of there was no proof that Spirit promptly notified them concerning the charges, and there have been “ambiguities” within the costs…
