Edmund Bartlett, minister of tourism for Jamaica, has been recognised by the African journey and tourism business for his exemplary contribution to the expansion of the sector on the continent.

ATQ Information and Akwaaba African Journey Market have chosen Bartlett as one of many Africa Prime 100 Tourism Personalities to be honoured on the first African Tourism Diaspora Convention.

The occasion takes place in Lagos, Nigeria, from at present till Tuesday.
