(Reuters) – Kentucky’s Republican governor, Matt Bevin, appeared poised on Tuesday to lose to Democratic challenger Andy Beshear, regardless of the state’s sturdy Republican leanings and an election-eve rally headlined by U.S. President Donald Trump.
